Can I start with an entry engagement without committing to a retainer?

Yes — completely. All LT-01, LT-02, and LT-03 engagements are standalone fixed-fee projects with no obligation to continue. You receive the full deliverable regardless of whether you proceed to a retainer. The retainer recommendation happens at the end of the engagement — and only if the numbers make sense for your business.
What's the difference between the three retainer tiers?

The tiers differ in scope, depth, and revenue stage. HT-01 (Growth Launchpad) builds your first digital lead system — one channel, basic CRM, foundational process. HT-02 (Growth Partner) goes multi-channel, adds a complete sales OS, CRM automation, and weekly strategy calls. HT-03 (Scale Partner) adds full business architecture, team structure, AI automation, expansion planning, and quarterly 3-hour founder sessions. Think of them as Bronze → Silver → Gold in terms of how deep we go into your business.
Do you run the ads yourself or do we need a separate agency for that?

We run the ads directly — there is no separate agency involved. BG manages Google Ads and Meta Ads as part of the retainer. All ad accounts are set up in your name, billed to your card (your ad spend is separate from BG's fee), and handed to you with full access. You always own the assets. We manage the strategy, targeting, creatives, and optimisation.
How much should I budget for ad spend on top of the consulting fee?

Ad spend depends on your city, competition level, and target ICP. For HT-01 (Growth Launchpad), a starting ad budget of ₹15,000–₹30,000/month is typically sufficient to generate meaningful solar leads. For HT-02 with multi-channel, ₹40,000–₹80,000/month across Google + Meta is typical. We specify the exact recommended budget at the start of every engagement based on your market.
What happens if we want to stop after 6 months?

After the minimum commitment period (6 months for HT-01/HT-02, 12 months for HT-03), you have a monthly rolling arrangement with 30 days notice to exit. Everything built during the engagement — CRM, SOPs, ad accounts, landing pages, scripts — is yours to keep and operate independently. Most clients choose to continue because the systems compound in value over time, but there is no lock-in after the minimum period.
